Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Human First Design, an eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42177056, the operator of the 137 app. By creating an account, purchasing the program, or otherwise using 137, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

137 is a career execution tool. It uses AI to turn your stated goal and working context into a weekly bold move, three supporting reps per week, and coaching guidance, and it tracks what you complete.

AI output can be wrong, out of date, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Read what the coach produces before you act on it, and use your own judgement about your workplace, your relationships, and your obligations to your employer.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@get137.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Access is available through an eligible store purchase or an invitation. Invite codes are personal to you and may not be resold or shared publicly.

The 13-week program

The 137 program is a one-time charge of $294.99 for a 13-week program, including preparation access before Week 1 when applicable. This is the US reference price. Payment is due up front and access begins after payment is confirmed. When you finish setup, 137 sets Week 1 using your local time. Monday through Wednesday before 5 p.m. starts Week 1 in the current week. Later starts begin Week 1 the following Monday, with access to preparation and Coach beforehand. Your program ends after Week 13 on the date shown in the app. Restoring a purchase does not restart your saved program dates. There is no automatic renewal.

Maintenance after 13 weeks

After your program ends, you may choose a separate monthly maintenance subscription, with a US reference price of $24.99 per month. It is optional and requires a new purchase. Once purchased, maintenance renews automatically each month until you cancel. Without maintenance, your existing history remains available; new plans and coaching require active access. Cancel renewal through the store that bills you: your Apple or Google subscription settings, or the app's Manage store purchases option. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. It does not itself refund a period already billed or limit any statutory refund rights.

Where you buy matters

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and their billing and cancellation rules apply. Consumer checkout is available in the native app.

Prices and tax

Prices shown on this website are US reference prices. The app displays your store’s localized price; your store shows the final total and applicable taxes before you confirm payment. We may change pricing for new purchases and for future renewals; we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 13-Week Guarantee.

You agree not to:

• Use 137 to harass, deceive, threaten, defame, or manipulate anyone.
• Enter information you are legally or contractually barred from sharing with third parties, including trade secrets, material non-public information, or confidential documents belonging to your employer or clients.
• Enter sensitive personal data about colleagues, such as health information, or add people for any purpose other than your own coaching.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to break your own employment obligations.
• Resell, sublicense, rent out, or share your access, or attempt to resell the coaching output as your own product.
• Scrape the service, reverse engineer it, attempt to extract our prompts or models, probe or circumvent our security, or place automated load on it.
• Use the output to train a competing AI model or to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

You retain any rights you have in the content you enter into 137. You must have the right to share that content with us. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit it to our service providers strictly so we can operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your goals, your context, or your wins.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, the coaching output generated for you is yours to use for your own professional purposes.

We and our licensors retain the rights in the 137 software, brand, framework, prompts, and other materials we provide. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

We aim to keep 137 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we depend on third-party providers whose outages can affect us. Changes to paid features are subject to section 11 and your statutory rights. If we discontinue the service entirely during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

137 does not promise you a promotion, a raise, a new role, or any other career outcome. Your results depend on your situation, your organisation, other people's decisions, and the work you actually do. Anything on our site describing results is illustrative, not a promise. The only commitment we make about outcomes is the specific one in our Refund Policy.

Consumers have statutory rights where digital content or services are faulty, unavailable, or do not match the contract. Depending on the circumstances, these include having the problem remedied, a price reduction, or termination and a refund. The 13-Week Guarantee is additional to these rights. The exclusions and limits below apply only to the extent the law permits and do not remove those rights.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to those rights, we do not warrant that every AI suggestion is accurate or that using 137 will achieve a particular career result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost opportunities, damage to professional relationships, or reputational harm arising from actions you chose to take.

Where the law permits such a limit, our total liability to you for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights and rights to compensation under applicable data protection law.

If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under the consumer law of your country of residence, and nothing here overrides them.

You can stop using 137 and delete your account from the app's account and access screen, or request help by emailing us. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel renewal separately through your Apple or Google subscription settings as described in section 4.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where we end access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

We may update these terms or the service for valid reasons, such as changes in law, security requirements, or necessary technical changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, except where an urgent legal or security requirement requires shorter notice. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to purchases already made.

Where a change negatively affects your access to or use of a paid digital service beyond a minor degree, we provide the notice and termination rights required by law, including a refund of unused prepaid access where applicable. Where express agreement is required, continued use alone is not treated as that agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes will be heard by its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
